Guye Woods County Park is a wooded refuge; there aren’t any cleared out paths but visitors can hike the game trails. It was a little tricky to find, be sure to look for the brown county signs when driving and read their website for written directions.

Everything about Margaret Guy Woods was spot on except it’s in Winterset, Iowa not Jefferson, Iowa.
