My kids were super impressed by Warrior Park in Norwalk, Iowa. I think the highlight of the park was the Ninja Warrior Course.
They also include detailed directions on how to do the ninja course. My son wanted to make sure he and his sister were doing it ‘correctly’.
Warrior Park also included a regular playground that had plenty of climbing options, swings (baby only) slides and more. The playground and ninja course have rubber ground below them. There is plenty of grassy areas surrounding the playground too.
They have a huge shelter with tons of picnic tables that provide a lot of shade. Pack a lunch!
There are bathrooms and a drinking fountain available. The bathrooms were very clean!
If you want to take a break from playing you can take a walk around the small pond nearby. We also saw someone fishing while we were there.
